Taylor Momsen was born in Saint. Louis, Missouri. She is a famous American model/singer/actress, singer/songwriter and model. The most famous of her roles is her character Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the main singer in the band The Pretty Reckless.
