Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. It's not surprising that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
