April Bowlby was born in the US. She is both an actress as well as a model. She is best known for her role as Kandi as well as Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva and Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby has a lengthy history of American acting. Her most notable roles include Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva (a fantasy/legal comedy TV show), and Kandi, as Kandi in Two and a Half Men. When she began her career as a model went on to television and film. The first time she appeared was on small screen as an actor in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show then led to appearances in individual episodes of other series. Her breakthrough part was Kandi, in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was recognized internationally for her Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. She was the main character of the character Rita Farr/Elastigirl on the American web-based series Titans. In the spin-off that will be called Doom Patrol, she will return to the character. Bowlby has also appeared in TV films like Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. After appearing on screen in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut feature) along with From Prada, to Nada she debuted in the big screen with All Roads Lead Home. Bowlby, who was raised in Manteca (California) was a student at East Union High School. She took ballet classes and French in Moorpark College before deciding to pursue an acting career. She studied Drama in the class of Ivana Chobbuck. She was offered the lead role in an upcoming TV show (Kandi in Two and a Half Men) shortly after her Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared on many TV programs such as CSI with the role of Kaitlin Rackish in 2004's CSI: NY in 2005 as Jenny Lee in 2005 Freddie as Sydney in 2005 Stacked as Jasmine in 2005, and How I Met Your Mother as Meg in the year 2007. Bowlby is currently playing the role in the role of Natasha as a twelve year old girl in All Roads Lead Home. The film, which premiered in 2007, revolves around a little girl losing her mother after an accident in the car. Bowlby is playing Mia on the film The Slammin Salmon. Los Angeles is her home. She has natural red hair with blue eyes. She's single and has no children.
