Kari Kari Deanna DeannaKari Samantha is an American actress and singer famous for her role of Kari in the television series "Sliders". Her debut album was her first album of studio work "Shiny" at the end of 1999. She is from Connecticut. She began singing as a child and performing at nightclubs when she became a teenager. Around the year 2000, Wuhrer started acting classes at Wooster School. The first time she appeared on screen was 1986's romance-drama 'Fire with Fire.' She debuted on the small screen with an acting role 5 years later as the recurring character Joanie in Fox's sitcom 'Married... with Children'. In her career spanning 30 years, she's managed to accumulate more than 80 credits across film and television. In addition to appearing in a variety of mainstream films, her reputation is widely recognized as a B-movie queen for numerous low-budget entries in her filmography. The model was also an actor and formerly a MTV VJ. She took home the Best Actress Award in 2001 at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival which was for the film comedy Do It For Uncle Manny.
